WELCOME TO DEVKI LEASING & FINANCE LIMITED
The Company was incorporated on 15th February 1993 as Devki Leasing & Finance Private Limited with the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh at Gwalior. Subsequently it was converted into a Public Limited Company by passing a Special Resolution in its EGM held on 23.08.94 and obtained certificate from ROC on 12th September, 1994.
The Company since incorporation is engaged in leasing and hire purchase activities. The company has been classified under the category of a Loan Company as per Reserve Bank of India letter No. DFC (BOM) No. 3254/ BM (MP) LC (D) – 136/94-95 dated 25.01.95. In the Year 2018, Company surrendered the NBFC Certificate to RBI and accordingly RBI has cancelled the same Vide Letter No.1172/22.01.10116/2017-18 dated 17.05.2018. Equity Shares of the Company are listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Limited.
